Student Survival Kit - cooking lessons for soon-to-be students
Local community cooking network Cracking Good Food are running a 4 week course for 16-19 year olds who will soon be feeding themselves. Starting 26th June the four evening sessions will cover stir-fries, curry, stews, pies, pizza and more, and will be held at Chorlton High School.
Cracking Good Food's hands on cooking programmes focus on making delicious, healthy versions of all the favourites at a fraction of the price. They also cover seasonal eating – knowing that what’s local and in season will always be fresher and cheaper – and how to adapt cooking depending on what’s in the fridge.
