Here's another great quick dish....
250g Puy lentils (or a tin of ready cooked pulses),
a tub of Sojasun yoghurt
2 dessert spoons of mustard
Cover the puy lentils with water and bring to boil, simmering until soft (approx 30 mins). Drain, put into a bowl then mix in the Sojasun, the mustard and season well (or whatever else you fancy too!).
