Gazpacho

One for late summer produce.


Ingredients

1/2 kg tomatoes cut into chunks,
a peeled chunked cucumber,
3 slices stale cubed bread,
1/4 cup olive oil,
2 Tbls sherry vinegar and
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
Miso Paste

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a blender (excepting salt, pepper and miso). Process until smooth adding water if needed. Season with salt, pepper and a dab of diluted miso paste.
