Traditional Baked Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

1/4 pint of soya milk
1/3 cup of granulated tapioca
1 tbls maple syrup & 2 tsps of vanilla extract


Procedure

Mix the ingredients and bake at 150C for 2 hrs, stirring once or twice during cooking. Serve with sliced kiwi on top.
