Prepackaged seitan from the chiller will also work just fine!
1 x recipe Homemade Seitan, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 bay leaf
1 tin tomatoes
2 peppers, chopped
1 carton oatly cream
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the seitan, paprika and bay leaf, frying for a few minutes. Pour into a casserole dish.
Fry off the peppers and garlic in the pan for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Add to the casserole dish, season with salt and pepper and stir. Cook in the oven for 1 hour.
Mix together the oatly and vinegar, pour into the casserole once removed from the oven and serve. Serves 4.
