Delicious, easy, spreadable and made with better fats than you might find in ready-prepared marg. Easily adaptable to your tastes.
100g olive oil (approx 110ml) - or liquid oil of your choice
100g odourless coconut oil - or raw with odour if preferred
1/4-1/2 tsp salt, according to taste
Whip together or whiz with a stick blender. Scrape into a sealable container. Keep in the fridge, and once it sets the consistency should be ideal for spreading.
For a nice green marg, try avocado oil instead of olive!
