Peanut Butter Millet Balls

Not for the birds! Just a great snack tasty, sweet and nutty. Makes 24.


Ingredients

50g puffed millet
250g crunchy peanut butter, 8 tbsp agave/maple syrup, 2 tsp vanilla

Procedure

Mix together the peanut butter, syrup and vanilla extract. If the mixture is a little too firm, just heat it up a little in a saucepan.

Add the puffed millet and stir until combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and roll the mixture into balls. Place the balls backs into the fridge for another 30 minutes to allow them to set.
