A lovely addition to roast dinner. Serves 4.
2 bunches radish
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C and chop radishes in half. Combine radishes, oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread radishes over roasting tray. Season.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the radishes have crisped and brown and tender. Add more seasoning and freshly grated lemon zest if desired.
