Cocoa Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

3 tblsp tapioca
3 tblsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tblsp maple syrup
4 cups water
Pinch of salt

Procedure

Put the tapioca, cocoa and three cups of water on to boil for ten minutes. Mix the maple syrup into one cup of water and add to pan with the salt. Boil for five minutes. Serve with oat cream.
