Carrot and Jerusalem Artichoke

A simple soup.


Ingredients

4 carrots (peeled & diced),
same amount of Jerusalem artichokes (peeled & diced),
2 onions (chopped),
stock,
salt & pepper

Procedure

Sweat onions then add the diced vegetables, cover with stock and boil. When the vegetabes are soft, blend and season to taste.

How easy is that!
